1. National Student Survey 2023

   Final year undergraduates can help raise money for a fantastic local charity by taking part in a short national survey.

2. Mind the GaP!

   Time is rapidly running out for Principal Investigators to be trained on the new Grants and Projects (GaP) system. It has been agreed by the University that any bids for external funding (research and enterprise activity) from April 2020 will need to be set up by the Principal Investigator on the GaP system, so its important that you book onto training ASAP.

3. Take a look around Copperas Hill

   Visiting Copperas Hill is an absolute must for all new and returning LJMU students.

4. Students at the Heart Conference 2024: submissions now open

   Submissions are now open for the Students at the Heart Conference and the theme for 2024 will be ‘community.’

5. First Step Spring Internships available for Level 4 students

   A new pilot internship programme for first year students (level 4 only) with little to no previous work experience launched on Monday 15 January and close at midnight on Sunday 4 February. There will be no interview process for these opportunities, the Student Futures team will undertake a matching process between participating organisations and students. The internships will begin on Monday 4 March (start dates may vary for each role).

7. Take a quick survey to raise money for a local charity!

   The National Student Survey (NSS) launches this week for final year undergraduates. If you’re a final year student, you can help LJMU raise money for a local charity simply by taking a short survey.

8. LJMU Sport Science ranked 15th in the world

   Sport and Exercise Science at Liverpool John Moores University is in the top 15 in the world in a new global ranking.

9. Postgraduate Research Experience Survey 2019

   The 2019 Postgraduate Research Experience Survey (PRES) is now open. The survey runs from Monday 1 April until Friday 10 May.

10. Free student transport to our Freshers Fair 2024

    Free coach travel to and from the event all day.
