1. Improving Student Mental Health through Partnerships Project

   LJMU is committed to improving student mental health and is leading on a project to improve student mental health provision, working in partnership with key organisations in the city.

   The Critical Research Seminars are a series of talks and debates that examine social policy. Seminar topics include: policing, youth justice, prison policy, drugs policy, death in custody and violence against women.

7. Pre departure advice - Go abroad

   Not all of our students are experienced travellers and the Study Abroad Team are keen to support as best we can. We host a number of compulsory information sessions that students are required to attend before embarking on their experience of lifetime. 9. Student Support Fund

   The Liverpool John Moores University Student Support Fund is available for LJMU students in financial hardship.

10. High performance computing at LJMU

    Prospero is LJMU’s high performance computing (HPC) facility for research. It is hosted and operated by the university’s IT Services (ITS) division, as a service to the university’s research community.
