Regular exercise will help keep you in shape, it also keeps you mentally and emotionally healthy. Keeping fit is proven to help reduce anxiety, stress and depression, and research suggests that exercise can improve the symptoms of mild depression and even prevent a relapse. Staff expense claims should be made through the iExpense system, this is an on-line system for claiming travel and subsistence expenses, including mileage.
A P60 is issued to employees at the end of a tax year. The tax year runs from 6 April to 5 April the following year.
Your payslip contains important information including your payroll number and your gross and net pay. You can also see your personal tax code and the University’s Tax Office Reference. It’s important to check your payslip each month to make sure that you are being paid the right amount.
