6. Visit to House of Lords to discuss how to support disabled graduates

   Keren Coney, Careers Adviser in Student Advancement: LJMU's Careers, Employability and Enterprise Service, was thrilled to go to the House of Lords to meet with Lord Shinkwin to discuss how to support disabled graduates as they seek to enter the workplace.

7. Maritime SuperSkills Project

   Event to celebrate the successful completion of the project at the Maritime Museum, Royal Albert Dock on 13th June 2019. Attended by Iain McKinnon, Secretary Maritime Skills Alliance, local and national employers and LJMU staff who have helped with the project.

8. Foodbanks and schools benefit from LJMU PC donations

   Local foodbanks and schools are among the organisations benefiting from recycled computer equipment donated by Liverpool John Moores University.

9. Young people benefit from LJMU residential

   LJMU Outreach has welcomed 25 young people from 12 schools across the North West to its annual Year 10 residential, targeted specifically at those in local authority or residential care.
