   This July, LJMU celebrated the achievements of 5,341 students who graduated across 15 ceremonies at Liverpool Cathedral.

6. Partnership project to close current skills gap in Indian construction

   A research project aiming to address the current skills gap in the Indian construction industry has begun through an industry academia partnership, funded by the British Council’s Going Global Partnership Grant

7. Wildlife conservation graduate inspires next generation of students

   LJMU graduate, Trang Nguyen, wildlife conservation scientist, environmental activist and founder of the NGO WildAct, in Vietnam, returned to Liverpool and LJMU campus this week to share her knowledge as a leader in the field of wildlife conservation.

8. LJMU 2nd in Uni Compare Top 100 University Rankings

   LJMU has risen two places in the overall rankings and is placed in the top 10 for its accommodation, course quality, employability and student life.

9. LJMU Library launches new reading corner

   LJMU Library has developed a new children's reading corner, providing access to a collection of children's books. This new space provides a fun and relaxed reading area for use by students, staff, local teachers and school children.

10. LJMU's Face Lab reveals faces of the past and present

    Liverpool will be a centre of excellence for craniofacial analysis, facial depiction and forensic art, following the launch of LJMU’s Face Lab.
