   Many people worry and some would describe themselves as a worrier. Worrying can be normal but too much can cause distress and impact on our wellbeing, this page will highlight the key features of generalised anxiety and how to manage it.

   With the aim of inspiring prospective students, our outreach programmes work with schools and colleges, career advisors and parents, sharing specialist higher education guidance and advice.

   LJMU uses Courseloop as its curriculum management system. Courseloop is the Single Source of Truth that maintains a definitive record of the university's academic offering and of their associated governance meetings.

   EndNote online is a helpful citation tool which students can use on and off campus.
