   Liverpool John Moores University joined the Race Equality charter in 2022 and was first presented with an Institutional Bronze Award in 2022, in recognition of ongoing work relating to race equality.

   With over 100 partners across Europe, the USA and Asia, there are plenty of opportunities to find the right location for you to study abroad.

6. Change of circumstances

   Students from the U.S. who are planning to study, or currently studying at LJMU can find out what they need to know if they have a change of circumstances and how this might affect their entitlement to federal student aid.

7. Volunteering and Summer Opportunities Fair - 9 February, 12-3pm, Student Life Building

   At our Volunteering and Summer Opportunities Fair, we'll have charities, businesses and organisations from across the UK and overseas from various sectors. Some are looking for volunteers, others are offering paid summer opportunities, including Go Global schemes like Camp America.

8. Care experienced and estranged students – accommodation

   We want all students to feel at home in any accommodation at LJMU and are committed to working with our accommodation partners to ensure our halls are accessible to all.

9. Bereavement

   Loss is something most people experience at some point in their lives, the effects of grief and loss can be overwhelming and affect all areas of our lives. Find out more about how to manage bereavement.

10. TASS – Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme

    By formally recognising an institution’s commitment to supporting student-athletes, the TASS Dual Career Accreditation Scheme aims to allow athletes to reach their potential in education alongside achieving success in their sport.
