  2. Sexual and reproductive health

    HIV services and prevention work within the North West of England utilise the Public Health Institute's interactive tools, databases, and intelligence work. We offer assistance through evaluations and research into: contraception, teenage pregnancy, STDs, young people's health.   3. Lucy Cashman

    Lucy is an alumnus of our MBA programme and is now the strategic relations lead for place with Liverpool City Council. Alongside her studies, Lucy was part of the team that supported the mayoral campaign for Joanne Anderson, who became the first directly elected Black woman to take on the position, while overcoming personal challenges to still gain a first-class degree.

  6. Razvan Neagoe

    Razvan embraced university life during his policing studies degree, having moved to the UK from Romania and being inspired by a coffee shop customer to work in the world of policing. He was a Student Advocate, supporting others to get into higher education and will now go on to serve with Merseyside Police taking his learned experience, and compassion for others, into his career.

  7. Facilities - School of Psychology

    In the £26 million Tom Reilly Building, you’ll find psychology students recording brain activity with EEG and fNIRS and using virtual reality systems and a driving simulator to test out simulated activities. See more of the facilities at LJMU's School of Psychology.

  8. Research Centre for Brain and Behaviour facilities

    The Research Centre for Brain and Behaviour has dedicated facilities including: EEG, psychophysiology, appetite research and neuroscience microneurography laboratories plus experimental testing booths and a sleep-over rest room. We also share a number of facilities with other science departments within the University.
