  1. Admissions Support

    The Admissions support team fully support the admissions process from UCAS, UTT and Direct applications of all students to the university and it’s collaborative partners.

  2. iExpenses

    Staff expense claims should be made through the iExpense system, this is an on-line system for claiming travel and subsistence expenses, including mileage.

  3. Research Network on Emergency Resources Supply Chain (REMESH)

    The overall aim of this proposed exchange programme is to bring together an international team of researchers with a wide variety of expertise in supply chain risk management, hazard identification and safety assessment, and to tackle the challenges faced by industry requiring specialist knowledge and innovation.

  4. Offers and pre-employment checks

    Following interviews, the successful candidate should be contacted verbally to confirm the outcome of the interview and confirm that a formal offer will be issued by the HR department.

  5. Keynote speakers

    At the Students at the Heart conference 2023, there will be a range of presentations, workshops, demos and stalls themed around the new LJMU Values of Community, Inclusivity, Community and Student Focused.

  6. Set up new online product

    The online shop is available for staff and students to book on field trips, purchase LJMU merchandise and to register for conferences and events.

  7. LJMU Health and Wellbeing Champions - staff wellbeing hub

    After pledging our support and involvement in the Liverpool Active Workplaces Programme and a call for volunteers, 12 Health and Wellbeing Champions were appointed and received experienced specialist training to fulfil their role.
