4. REF 2021 Consideration for Individual Circumstances

   As part of the Universitys commitment to supporting equality and diversity in the forthcoming Research Excellence Framework (REF 2021), we have put in place safe and supportive structures for eligible academic staff to declare information about any equality-related circumstances that may have affected their ability to research productively during the assessment period (1 January 2014 31 December 2020).

5. Taking Shaun the Sheep to China

   Aardman Animations is teaming up with creative technology experts in Liverpool to develop research for an immersive Shaun the Sheep experience in China.

   Football-mad students are on their way to dream roles after graduating from the elite FA University Womens Leadership Programme.

7. Law alumna Nisha Katona MBE announced as next Chancellor

   The Board of Governors has approved the appointment of Nisha Katona MBE as the sixth Chancellor of Liverpool John Moores University.

8. Drama students to perform during Battle of the Atlantic 80th anniversary week

   The three free performances will take place on Wednesday 24, Thursday 25 and Friday 26 May at 7.30pm at the John Foster Drama Studio.
