    The Customer Relationships and Insight team works closely with all areas of the wider Student Recruitment Marketing and Admissions team, and colleagues across the institution to ensure LJMU consistently delivers an exceptional experience for prospective students.

  2. Outreach Team

    The Outreach team lead on LJMU’s undergraduate recruitment and widening access activity with schools and colleges.

  3. Subject Recruitment Marketing Team

    The Subject Recruitment Marketing team works closely with LJMU’s five Faculties to lead on specific Faculty recruitment marketing plans and associated activities.

  4. Undergraduate Recruitment Marketing Team

    The Undergraduate Recruitment Marketing team is responsible for the development and implementation of an institutional plan across the prospective student journey to support the achievement of annual home undergraduate recruitment targets.

  5. Records Management

    Records are produced and received as part of business activity. They provide evidence of our decision making and activities and enable us to evidence that we are complying with our statutory obligations.

  6. Students at the Heart

    Students at the Heart highlights thoughts, tips and ideas for how we can care for our students to give them a transformational University experience, building up to the Students at the Heart conference on the 12/13 June 2024.

  7. Students at the Heart conference 2023

    At the Students at the Heart conference 2023, there will be a range of presentations, workshops, demos and stalls themed around the new LJMU Values of Community, Inclusivity, Community and Student Focused.
