5. Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning Policy update

   The Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning Policy (RPEL) has been updated to incorporate requirements for RPEL assessment for Apprenticeship programmes, and to reflect changes to governance related to RPEL.

6. International Welcome starts this week

   This is the first bespoke welcome programme catered for International New Arrivals.

7. Graduate and Placement Recruitment Fair – 10 March, 12-3pm, Student Life Building

   Students from any programme or level of study are invited to attend this fair to meet and network with 50+ employers offering internships, placements and graduate roles.

8. Kind staff and students support Whitechapel Centre Christmas appeal

   Warm clothes, selection boxes, toiletry sets and Christmas foods were among the items collected and donated by staff and students.

9. FactLab role in Lever Prize 2016

   The prestigious Lever Prize 2016 has been won by the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI) for a joint project with FACT, involving FACTLab, a collaboration between FACT and LJMU, which explores the interaction between arts and science.
