1. Parent-child book sharing

   Researchers at LJMU are seeking parents of preschool children who are interested in participating in a study of book sharing with their child. Find out how to get involved.

2. Impact of achievement motive on physical effort

   We are looking for adult volunteers to examine how achievement motive —the motivation to achieve excellence and accomplishment—and task difficulty affect the effort that individuals invest in a physical handgrip task.

3. An investigation of social and psychological factors which regulate physiological responses to threat

   We are looking for volunteers, aged 18-50, to take part in a laboratory study. You would be invited to come to the psychology laboratories at Liverpool John Moores University in the company of a close friend, romantic partner or relative with you.

   Within the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences, we're looking to recruit volunteers for a skin function study.

   We are looking for volunteers to talk to us about their experiences of taking non-prescribed cannabis for medical reasons.

9. LJMU ATAS guidance

   International students studying particular courses in the UK must acquire an Academic Technology Approval Scheme (ATAS) certificate before they can apply for their student visa.
