   LJMU works with a number of schools and colleges to provide opportunities to help pupils with their maths or English, work as a teaching assistant, mentor, after school club facilitators or offer subject support.

3. Financial Literacy for Social Inclusion (FINCARE)

   Liverpool John Moores University is a lead partner in the EU funded, Erasmus+ project, Financial Literacy for Social Inclusion (FINCARE).

4. Professor Dhiya Al-Jumeily OBE

   Dhiya Al-Jumeily is a professor of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and has been teaching at LJMU for more than 26 years. He was awarded an OBE in The Queen’s New Year Honours list of December 2020 for his service to scientific research.
