    A vacancy may arise for a number of reasons, such as staff resignation, retirement or a new post (either temporary or permanent) may be required due to taking on new projects or responsibilities.

    Log in to Impact Tracker. Impact Tracker is a cloud-based software product helping researchers and impact officers to plan for and report social, economic and environmental impact.

  3. Supplier Invoices

    LJMU Standard Payment Terms are 30 days from invoice date. Suppliers are paid to these terms unless otherwise agreed with Finance.

  4. Admin and Executive Support Network

    The Admin and Executive Support Network is aimed at all internal administrative staff in roles such as (but not exclusive to) Personal Assistant, Executive Support Officer and Faculty Administrator from across the university.

  5. Undergraduate Recruitment Marketing Team

    The Undergraduate Recruitment Marketing team is responsible for the development and implementation of an institutional plan across the prospective student journey to support the achievement of annual home undergraduate recruitment targets.

  6. Student Information System

    The Student Information System is used for managing student information from the point of application to graduation.

  7. Cleaning and Portering
