LJMU were able to provide access to specialist academic expertise and offer a dedicated resource, enabling Hi-Tech Steel to investigate the options available to them.

   The key success of the Business, Corporate, Banking and Finance Law Research Group was its contribution to the corporate governance and financial regulation debate during the global financial crisis. The Group's areas of expertise include banking and financial regulation, corporate governance, professional and business ethics, and regulatory risk management and compliance.
