Not all of our students are experienced travellers and the Study Abroad Team are keen to support as best we can. We host a number of compulsory information sessions that students are required to attend before embarking on their experience of lifetime. As an international student we are there to help you settle into university life with ease. Our practical support includes: helping you to improve your English language skills, providing advice about bringing your family to the UK and counselling services.
The Mental Health Service is available for all LJMU students to access. Our Mental Health Advisors’ are registered professionals who can offer one-to-one support and advice to students who feel they may be experiencing mental health difficulties.
