   The aim of the programme is to offer LJMU Managers, Programme Leaders and Personal Tutors further support and guidance, in relation to; operating more confidently and effectively, whilst developing themselves and their staff/students positively.

5. Conservation breakthrough - Drones could contribute to saving endangered chimpanzees

   A new study has revealed that drones fitted with a standard camera are able to detect chimpanzee nests, saving conservation researchers hours of ground work.

6. Public Health Institute and Drama students create educational film on gang-related violence

   LJMU Drama students have joined forces with LJMUs Public Health Institute to create an educational film helping NHS staff deal with the consequences of gang-related violence in hospitals.

9. Chief's lecture places surveillance in the spotlight

   250 people gathered in the Redmonds Building to hear Sir Jon Murphy QPM, Chief Constable of Merseyside Police, give his annual public lecture, focusing on surveillance and its impacts on contemporary law enforcement.
