2. Maritime SuperSkills Project

   Event to celebrate the successful completion of the project at the Maritime Museum, Royal Albert Dock on 13th June 2019. Attended by Iain McKinnon, Secretary Maritime Skills Alliance, local and national employers and LJMU staff who have helped with the project.

3. Media students' climb to the top

   Three Liverpool Screen School students have won £2,000 in a competition run by leading motoring magazine, Influx Magazine.

4. LJMU International Partnerships Colleagues witness signing

   LJMU International Partnerships Colleagues witness the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on educational cooperation between the governments of Vietnam and the United Kingdom

5. LJMU joins Higher Education, Transnational Education (TNE) mission to Vietnam and Cambodia

   During the mission, LJMU were able to showcase their University offerings, meet with the UK Ambassador to Vietnam, Gareth Ward, and hold business to business meetings to ignite discussions surrounding the development of transnational education opportunities.

6. Staff Governor voting now open

   All Professional Services staff have until 5pm on Monday 27 March to vote for their preferred Staff Governor candidate.

   Five candidates have put themselves forwards for the position and voting will take place between Monday 13 and 27 March.
