7. Graduation review Thursday 12 July

   The morning saw graduations from Maritime and Mechanical Engineering, the Astrophysics Research Institute, Electronics and Electrical Engineering and the School of Nursing and Allied Health. In the afternoon Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering and Technology Research Institute, Civil Engineering and Built Environment all celebrated their graduations.

9. A giant interstellar bubble being grown in the Andromeda Galaxy

   An international team of astrophysicists have uncovered an enormous bubble current being ‘blown’ by the regular eruptions from a binary star system within the Andromeda Galaxy.

10. Partnership project to close current skills gap in Indian construction

    A research project aiming to address the current skills gap in the Indian construction industry has begun through an industry academia partnership, funded by the British Council’s Going Global Partnership Grant
