1. Academic Registry Roadshows February and March

   The Student Governance Team will deliver the next roadshow on Friday 24 February, Redmonds Building 2.33 and Registry Services will deliver a session on Tuesday 7 March, SLB 3.02.

   LJMU’s Copperas Hill development has won an award for the Best New Build Project at the Merseyside Civic Design Awards.

5. Talented athletes recognised at national awards

   Three athletes supported by LJMUs Performance Sport team, at the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences, have received national recognition for their achievements.

6. Coffee and Croissant, Breakfast and Networking

   Research and Innovation Services (RIS) will be holding an informal networking breakfast event, Coffee and Croissant, at Byrom Street, MTC Social Zone on Thursday 4th April from 8.15am – 9.30am.

7. LJMU presented with silver award for support of the Armed Forces community

   The university was celebrated alongside other Northwest-based organisations for its commitment to the Armed Forces community at the Defence Relationship Management (DRM) Merseyside Silver Awards 2023.

    New vegan-based biomaterials could be used instead of chemical products and pesticides to help farmers manage their crops in a more eco-friendly and sustainable way, according to new research.
