1. Grants and Projects Update

   New Grants and Projects (GaP) software which provides LJMU with a collaborative creative environment for anyone applying for external funding and professional services to work together on bid and project proposals.

2. UKRI open access policy changes from 1 January 2024

   The open access policy applies to monographs, book chapters and edited collections associated with UKRI funding published from 1 January 2024.

3. Complete the privacy and security survey by 12 December

   To better understand how much we all know about data protection matters, a short staff survey has been put together.

4. Exam timetable now live

   Exam timetables are now live for the semester two assessment period 2023.

5. Four useful apps for new students to download

   My LJMU, Canvas, Outlook and the Microsoft Authenticator apps are essential for all new students.

6. Volunteer at our March graduation ceremonies

   Staff are needed to usher graduands and guests, and to carry out other duties at the Anglican Cathedral during our March ceremonies this bicentenary year.

9. PHI continues status as WHO Collaborating Centre for Violence Prevention

   World Health Organization (WHO) has confirmed that LJMU’s Public Health Institute (PHI) will continue to be recognised as a WHO Collaborating Centre for Violence Prevention.
