The Projects, Operations and Workplace Management Research Group develops solutions for the ever-growing challenges in projects, operations and workplace management and suggests alternative ways to improve organisational performance. Together with our partner universities around the world LJMU are offering our students the exciting opportunity to take part in one of our international Better Futures Summer Schools.
