   LJMU has published a new Open Access Publication Policy for its staff.

2. Framework for Academic Quality and Standards Policy update

   This staff policy has had a minor amendment.

3. LJMU Diversity and Inclusion Calendar 2023 for students

   LJMU’s Diversity and Inclusion Calendar is now available as a resource to all students on the LJMU website.

4. Report Template and Guidance

   The new report template and guidance are now available

5. New Subcontracting Policy approved

   The approved Subcontracting Policy sets out the requirement for subcontracting provision for degree apprenticeships delivered across the university.

6. Audit and Risk Policy update

   The Engagement of External Auditors for Non-Audit Work Policy has been revised.

7. Examination Timetable now out

   The main University examinations will take place between 27 April - 7 May 2020.

8. Board of Governors Election - Teaching Staff

   There is currently one vacancy on the Board of Governors for a member of Teaching staff for the period of office 21st April 2020 to 20th April 2023.

9. School of Computer Science and Mathematics Christmas social and staff awards

   Staff and students gathered around for festive activities and to appreciate staff rewarded for work above and beyond their normal duties.

10. Complete the privacy and security survey by 12 December

    To better understand how much we all know about data protection matters, a short staff survey has been put together.
