    If you are struggling with your mental health or thoughts of suicide, some useful details are below. If you are in immediate danger (or concerned someone else is) or may harm yourself, please dial 111 for urgent medical advice, or call 999 for an emergency response.

  4. Phil Bridges

    Phil is the founder of a Liverpool-based mental health social enterprise called The Mind Map, helping to improve people’s mental health through counselling, training and awareness. It was his own experiences growing up that influenced his decision to set-up the organisation.

  5. Angela Samata CF

    Angela was awarded an LJMU Honorary Fellowship in 2018 for her tireless work as a mental health campaigner, speaking out and challenging the stigma of suicide.
