The (Post)qualitative Research in Education group recognises and works across the following areas of activity and interest: ‘Research in Psychogeography, Post-qualitative inquiry, Autoethnography, and Life-Writing in education’ (RiPPALe).
HIV services and prevention work within the North West of England utilise the Public Health Institute's interactive tools, databases, and intelligence work. We offer assistance through evaluations and research into: contraception, teenage pregnancy, STDs, young people's health. The Critical Research Seminars are a series of talks and debates that examine social policy. Seminar topics include: policing, youth justice, prison policy, drugs policy, death in custody and violence against women.
