  1. Information for LGBTQIA+ students

    We recognise that some students who identify as LGBTQIA+ would prefer to live with other LGBTQIA+ students. We can offer the choice of a limited number of en-suite flats with this preference should you wish to select it.

  2. Postgraduate events

    LJMU run a number of events throughout the year specifically for postgraduate students including Open Days. Find out more about what postgraduate events are coming up in the next few months.

  3. Ricky Wang

    International student Ricky is studying media, culture and communications at LJMU and has embraced the cultural differences of Liverpool compared to his home nation of China.

  4. Elysia Greenway

    Elysia is a PhD researcher with LJMU’s internationally renowned Face Lab, a research group focusing on facial depiction and representation, at the interface of art and science.

  5. Angela Samata CF

    Angela was awarded an LJMU Honorary Fellowship in 2018 for her tireless work as a mental health campaigner, speaking out and challenging the stigma of suicide.

  6. Isabella McNamara-Catalano

    Izzy worked within LJMU’s Corporate Communications team as a graduate intern. She began her internship during the university's Bicentenary year in 2023, working on projects to celebrate the milestone anniversary and to engage with students. She graduated from LJMU in 2023 with an MSc in Forensic Anthropology.
