    Many large employers are becoming more proactive to recruit candidates with disabilities, neurodiversity and long-term health conditions. Some run their own schemes targeting disabled applicants, while others work with specialist organisations that manage the recruitment process on their behalf.

  6. CPD Public Health: Policy and Practice

    Study the concepts and underpinning theories associated with public health knowledge and practices and examine health inequalities and ways to reduce them

  7. CPD Research in Health and Social Care

    Examine a range of research methods used in health and social care practice and develop skills in the critical evaluation of research literature in this CPD course.
