More than a dozen students present idea, research and stories at Students at the Heart Conference
Long service staff who have worked at the university for over 25 years were celebrated at an event at the Hilton, Liverpool last week.
Staff and students from across the university, both muslim and non-muslim, came together to break their fast (iftar).
Visitors heard about the latest admissions policies revealed during an informative Q&A admissions panel, in addition to participating in a session delivered by several LJMU students from Northern Ireland who talked about life at LJMU.
Submissions are now open for the Students at the Heart Conference and the theme for 2024 will be ‘community.’

This year’s Students at the Heart Conference will take place on Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 June and you can now register for sessions and workshops.

Disability History Month runs between 16 November and 16 December 2023 and it is an opportunity to reflect on the past and create positive change for the present and the future.
