7. An inspirational occasion

   LJMU students took centre stage at the University’s annual Middle Temple event in London recently, hosted by LJMU Chancellor and Honorary Fellow, Sir Brian Leveson.

8. LJMU receives Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence and National Teaching Fellowship

   LJMU is one of 15 teams to win the Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) and an LJMU academic has also been awarded one of 54 National Teaching Fellows (NTF). Dr Philip Denton, Principal Lecturer at the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences, is the recipient of the NTF and the paramedic team at LJMU’s Schools of Nursing and Allied Health received the CATE.

   Vice-Chancellor Mark Power and CEO Faye Dyer sign MOU to work on placements, co-creation, research, volunteering and more

10. Students gain insight into world of international boxing

    Students from the School of Sport and Exercise Sciences, Liverpool Screen School and Liverpool Business School gained real-world insight into professional boxing and PR with a campus visit from worldwide boxing promoters Matchroom and boxer Peter McGrail.
