In 2023, she was awarded an honorary fellowship for her dedication to public health and nursing throughout her career spanning over three decades in the NHS.

  4. Shaquita Corry

    Shaquita is the 2022/23 Liverpool John Moores Students’ Union (JMSU) Vice President for Education and is passionate about furthering diversity in education. Having lost her mum during her own studies, she demonstrated incredible courage to have completed her degree at such a challenging time in her life, and to then go on to represent the student voice at JMSU.
