  1. Charitable Status

    Liverpool John Moores University is an exempt charity under the terms of the Charities Act 2011. Under the Charities Act 2011, universities are supervised by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) as principal regulator, which is charged with ensuring that universities fulfil their obligations under Charity law.

  2. Financial Coding Guidance

    LJMU's Chart of Accounts is the data structure that controls how financial transactions are collected and stored in the Oracle Financial System (Oracle is also known as Staff Infobase). It consists of fields and codes that are used to classify and record financial data to meet a number of objectives.

  3. Company Information

    Find out information regarding the University's company number and/or charity number.

  4. Procurement Cards

    LJMU has an account with Barclaycard for Procurement Cards. These cards are for low value, ad hoc purchases.

  5. P60s

    A P60 is issued to employees at the end of a tax year. The tax year runs from 6 April to 5 April the following year.
