2. Centre for Port and Maritime History Projects and Exhibitions

5. Liverpool Telescope – Astrophysics Research Institute

   Facilities within the Astrophysics Research Institute include The Liverpool Telescope, sited on La Palma in the Canary Islands, it is a fully robotic telescope owned and operated by the Institute.

6. Forensic anthropology

   The Forensic anthropology group is committed to the development of protocols and guidelines to increase the reliability of the recovery, documentation and analysis of human remains. We provide casework consultancy for forensic anthropological analysis, facial approximation and mass grave excavation. 7. Drugs

   Public Health Institute provides insight into drug use. We support evidence based drugs policy through epidemiology, monitoring, evidence review, intervention evalution and research.

8. Diagnostics and Therapeutics

   The Diagnostics and Therapeutics Research Group is focussed on delivering solutions to 21st century healthcare challenges related to cancer therapy, tissue repair, neurodegenerative disorders and respiratory diseases through chemistry, molecular bioscience and nanomedicine.

9. Digital Health Interest Group 

   The Digital Health Interest Group within the Institute for Health Research are actively engaged with digital health research and aim to develop long-standing interventions to improve health care and pathways.
