    Throughout the academic year, the International relations and politics team organise several field trips and events for students to attend free of charge.

  3. Forensic anthropology

    The Forensic anthropology group is committed to the development of protocols and guidelines to increase the reliability of the recovery, documentation and analysis of human remains. We provide casework consultancy for forensic anthropological analysis, facial approximation and mass grave excavation.   4. Niamh Charles

    Niamh is a professional footballer and was in the history making Lionesses squad, the England women’s football team, that made it to the final of the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup. She’s an alumna from our School of Sport and Exercise Sciences and was supported during her studies as a Sports Scholar.

    Meeting a Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) representative at the Wirral Chamber Manufacturing Forum, Hoist UK wanted to learn more about how the fully funded support could help their business achieve their objectives via additional resources.

  8. Athena SWAN

    Liverpool John Moores University joined the Athena SWAN charter in 2014 and was first presented with an Institutional Bronze award in 2014, in recognition of ongoing work relating to gender equality. Since then, LJMU had a second successful submission of their Institutional Bronze award in 2017.
