    The Forensic anthropology group is committed to the development of protocols and guidelines to increase the reliability of the recovery, documentation and analysis of human remains. We provide casework consultancy for forensic anthropological analysis, facial approximation and mass grave excavation.   2. Centre for Natural Products Discovery

    The interconnected research theme of the group is the prevention and cure of human diseases. We look at: synthetic organic medicinal chemistry, natural products drug discover, photochemistry, nutraceuticals and food supplements, pharmacology and toxicology.

    The Astrophysics Research Institute is interested in star formation, stellar evolution, time-domain astrophysics, galaxy formation and clusters, dynamics and evolution. Our aim is to become an internationally recognised centre of excellence in astrophysics.
