  3. Beth Tweddle MBE

    Beth graduated with a degree in sports science in 2007 and was in the very first class of scholars in the Sports Scholarship programme that launched in 2004. She is renowned as Britain’s greatest-ever female gymnast.

  4. Professor Tom Reilly 1941 – 2009

    A leader in the development of sport and exercise science study in the 1970s and the first ever Professor of Sports Science in the UK.

  5. Rhian Griffith

    Rhian Griffith was LJMU’s Racing Team Manager in 2015 during her time studying for her master’s in mechanical engineering.
