   LJMU Connect has launched the LJMU Mentoring Group to enable students, staff and alumni to develop meaningful mentoring connections within our LJMU community.

7. Tips for moving into your student accommodation

   Maya, a former LJMU student who now works in our accommodation team, gives those all important tips for moving into your new student accommodation. 

8. Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning Policy update

   The Recognition of Prior Experiential Learning Policy (RPEL) has been updated to incorporate requirements for RPEL assessment for Apprenticeship programmes, and to reflect changes to governance related to RPEL.

9. LJMU and Unite Students host inaugural 'Living Black at University' symposium

   A 'research into action symposium' has been held at LJMU. The event, organised by LJMU Associate Deans: Diversity and Inclusion, explored and shared the experiences of Black students at university and discussed how to turn the research into positive action.

10. Exhibition offers a backstage pass on the promotion of live rock and metal performances

    The first-of-its-kind exhibition has been curated by LJMU scholar Dr Nedim Hassan.
