    LJMU’s School of Sport and Exercise Sciences regularly undertakes outreach activity to ensure members of the public are aware of the work researchers are carrying out, and the positive impact it has on everyday lives.

  2. LJMU receives Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence and National Teaching Fellowship

    LJMU is one of 15 teams to win the Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence (CATE) and an LJMU academic has also been awarded one of 54 National Teaching Fellows (NTF). Dr Philip Denton, Principal Lecturer at the School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences, is the recipient of the NTF and the paramedic team at LJMU’s Schools of Nursing and Allied Health received the CATE.

  3. Improving how medicines are managed in the NHS

    The first research collaboration in the UK between a hospital, university and community pharmacist is taking place through a unique project from LJMU, the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust and LloydsPharmacy.

  4. National Teaching Fellowship awarded to Dr Craig Hammond

    LJMUs Dr Craig Hammond, a Senior Lecturer in the School of Education, has been recognised for his outstanding impact on student outcomes and the teaching profession in higher education, with a National Teaching Fellowship.
