    Read the biographies of the Liverpool Health Commissioners. Liverpool Health Commission is an independent body supported by Liverpool John Moores University which has been set up to investigate and analyse health care policy issues.

  8. Rachael Hennigan

    Rachael is the Principal and Chief Executive at Hugh Baird College. She is passionate about post-16 education and was inspired to study at LJMU thanks to her own school PE teacher. She is incredibly student focused, ensuring that young people and adults from Merseyside can gain better skills which will enable them to seek out better lives.

  10. Chris Burgess

    Chris was born during the Second World War and only studied at university much later in life, like many of the mature students that choose to study with LJMU. He also had a late dyslexia diagnosis, making him realise he just had a different way of thinking and learning.
