Nathan is an LJMU alumni and former sports scholar. He boasts an impressive track record as a para-athlete competing in the T54 wheelchair racing. He has multiple medals to his name and has his eyes set on the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.

Our interest lies in the evolution of animal societies and the interactions that occur within these societies and their link to emotion, cognition and communication. We primarily study primates (including humans) but also other species including birds. Trang is a wildlife conservation scientist and environmental activist from Vietnam working in both Asia and Africa to tackle the illegal wildlife trade, and she undertook her undergraduate studies here at LJMU.
