MAPSS is a school suicide prevention programme for Year 10 pupils that aims to reduce suicide risk and increase help-seeking among young people.
Face Lab produced a 3D facial depiction of a 19th Century adult male from skeletal remains recovered during rescue excavations on Rat Island, Gosport near Portsmouth.
The Chemical, Biological and Trace Analysis Network specialises in detection, recovery and analysis of chemical ballistics, controlled drugs, medicinal, cosmetic and food products, biological materials, DNA and trace evidence to enhance global public health and policy.
The Search and Discovery Network specialises in processes involved in the search for and discovery of human and/or animal remains/traces using technology including drones, robots and sensors.
The Scenes of Crime and Accidents Network is dedicated to the reconstruction and simulation of crime or accident scenes using technology, machine learning and bias mitigation for virtual training, 3D visualisation of investigations, medico-legal evidence and structural dynamics.
This project aims to inform the development of improved service models for people with complex mental health needs and is led by researchers at Liverpool John Moores University in collaboration with Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
