   LJMU MA Film Festival 2022 returns for the second year premiering 40 student films from 22 countries

2. Another successful year for the online summer course “Sustainability and Employability”

   Over 60 students successfully completed the online summer course Sustainability and Employability: Understanding Sustainability Issues and Getting Ready for the Job Market.

   While the internet is a necessary and brilliant tool, it’s increasingly important to be aware of your online identity. We’ve got some tips to help you stay safe online and protect your online reputation.

6. TRANSPEER in Lisbon

   The Portugal-leg of TRANSPEER, the international researcher development programme, has taken place in Lisbon.​​​​​​​

7. LJMU produced films to be shown at COP26 in Glasgow

   LJMU films of how fast rising sea levels impact island communities will be shown to delegates at Glasgow COP26 next week.

8. International learning experience at Virtual Global Citizens Conference 2020

   Delegates from all round the world participated in the LJMU Virtual Global Citizens Conference between 11-12 November 2020. They discussed seven adapted UN Sustainable Development Goals.

9. 'Ask for Martin'

   LJMU and JMSU work hard to support all students who have been victims of harassment and/or assault.  However, the recent reports of increased spiking in clubs and bars in Liverpool and other cities around the UK are extremely concerning and we want to reassure all students that support is available to anyone affected by this issue.
