   Monday 25th - Friday 29th November is Estranged Students Solidarity Week, a national campaign to raise awareness of the issues affecting students who are studying in higher education without the support of a family network.

   Europe's Solheim Cup stars had LJMUs own Amy O'Donnell to thank for the amazing energy levels that brought women's golf's top trophy home.

7. LJMU ranked one of the top 10 best UK universities in StudentCrowd Awards 2022

   Based on online reviews over the past two years, LJMU is ranked as the 6th best UK university according to the StudentCrowd awards 2022.

8. Improving access for BAME students

   LJMU has been part of a successful consortium bid for funds to improve opportunities for Black, Asian and minority ethnic students to undertake postgraduate research.

9. Majority of April and May exams to be held online

   Most exams in April and May 2022 will be held online. There are a small number of examinations which will be held in-person due to specific requirements of the professional body.
