1. Nearly £3k raised in first week of NSS

   A huge thank you to everyone who has helped us to raise a fantastic £2,950 for charity by completing the National Student Survey (NSS) in the first week.

   New Grants and Projects (GaP) software which provides LJMU with a collaborative creative environment for anyone applying for external funding and professional services to work together on bid and project proposals.

4. Black History Month: Celebrating local Black artists

   Hip hop artist Nikki Blaze joins Amy Zanders and other Black artists for day of celebration with LJMU's School of Education

5. Postgraduate students – you could win £100 by completing a quick survey

   Could you spare a few minutes to complete a survey about your studies? Your answers to the questionnaire will help us to learn more about what we are doing well and where we could make changes and you will be entered into a prize draw with a chance of winning a cash prize.

7. Shortlisted for THE Awards 2016

   LJMU has been shortlisted in three categories of the prestigious Times Higher Education Awards 2016.

8. LJMU supporting local people in need

   LJMU has donated £13,000 to a local charity to support people across Liverpool who need emergency food parcels.

9. Give out Wellbeing Journals to all your students in your Personal Tutor meetings

   Copies of the new 2022-23 Wellbeing Journal are now available for all students, and academic staff are being encouraged to hand them out at their first personal tutor meetings with students.

10. Public Health institute (PHI) host the European Federation of Environmental Health (EFEH)

    Public Health institute (PHI) host the European Federation of Environmental Health (EFEH) a regional branch of the International Federation of Environmental Health, which seeks to a provide means for exchanging information and experience on environmental health works to promote co-operation between countries
