    Regular running can reduce your risk of long-term illnesses, such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes and stroke. It can also boost your mood and keep your weight under control. Find out more about how you can start running.

  2. Men's health - staff wellbeing hub

    While targeted towards men, the information on this page might be relevant to some transgender, non-binary and intersex people. We encourage all staff to share the information amongst their family, friends and colleagues. See the support and advice available to you.

  3. Payslips

    Your payslip contains important information including your payroll number and your gross and net pay. You can also see your personal tax code and the University’s Tax Office Reference. It’s important to check your payslip each month to make sure that you are being paid the right amount.

  4. Establishing a vacancy and vacancy approval

    A vacancy may arise for a number of reasons, such as staff resignation, retirement or a new post (either temporary or permanent) may be required due to taking on new projects or responsibilities.
