Liverpool Health Commission is a new, dynamic initiative fully funded by Liverpool John Moores University. The Commission aims to conduct independent investigation and critical analysis of significant, key public health and health care policy issues.

Each scholarship funding is for three years of a full-time PhD degree programme, and includes tuition fees, a tax-free maintenance stipend of around £18,622 per annum (rising in line with URKI rates) and additional research costs of up to £1,600 per year.

The School of Education is based at the Mount Pleasant campus. Trainee teachers will work within real school environments as well as within subject-specific facilities where required.
The Raspberry Pi, which you may receive, is intended to allow you to experiment with computing devices and develop your computing/coding skills prior to commencing your course.
