5. Dr. Emma Roberts, Reader in History of Art & Design, publishes article in Harvard University journal.

   Dr. Emma Roberts, Reader in History of Art & Design at Liverpool School of Art & Design, has published an article in the Harvard University journal, 'ReVista: The Harvard Review of Latin America'. The article discusses the important topic of public sculptures in the Caribbean on the theme of emancipation from slavery.

   LJMU Film Studies and Creative Writing Student, and now LJMU graduate, Benjamin Jones shares his take on what life was like on set of a major film production, what he learnt and how his course at Liverpool Screen School helped him in the world of film.

7. LJMU's Outdoor Learning Area officially opens

   Trainee teachers and schoolchildren from across the Liverpool City Region are developing new skills and confidence thanks to LJMUs Outdoor Learning Area. The green space in the heart of the city centre has been officially opened this week and is already hugely popular with student teachers and school pupils.
