1. Networking Breakfast at Exchange Station

   Research and Innovation Services (RIS) will be holding an informal networking breakfast event, Coffee and Croissant, at Exchange Station on Thursday 7th February from 8.15am - 9.30am.

   Ten trainee nurses will work alongside district and community nurses over the next year as part of a new internship scheme aimed at supporting direct career pathways into the community health sector.

4. Over 200 pieces of artwork catalogued across LJMU campus

   As LJMU prepares to celebrate 200 years, over 200 pieces of artwork belonging to the university have been catalogued

7. LJMU honours Bicentenary fellows

   LJMU is to celebrate 10 new honorary fellows in its Bicentenary year at a special event at St George’s Hall this autumn.

8. LJMU funded bootcamp programme for staff

   We are funding 16 staff places on a new bootcamp programme which will see you complete ’24 in 24’ – that’s 24 sessions in 2024.

9. Staff Qualifications and Health and Safety policy updates

   A number of LJMU staff policies have been updated.

10. Curriculum Management system taking shape

    Work is well under way on a major project to develop a new curriculum management system for LJMU.
