7. Drones to the rescue: wildlife park footage will help save endangered animals

   Scientists at LJMU are capturing the thermal profiles of animals at a local wildlife park in order to help researchers around the world classify and monitor endangered species in the wild.

   The programme included 3MT Final, Poster Competition and career insights from Alumni and external organisations

9. £575k boost for student mental health provision in Liverpool

   A partnership featuring Liverpool John Moores University has been awarded £575k worth of funding from the Office for Students for a project to further develop mental health provision for students across Liverpool.

10. Staff and students welcome changes to Highway Code that promote active travel

    Staff and students at LJMU have welcomed changes to the Highway Code that restructure the road hierarchy and prioritise walking and cycling.
