1. Volunteer at our March graduation ceremonies

   Staff are needed to usher graduands and guests, and to carry out other duties at the Anglican Cathedral during our March ceremonies this bicentenary year.

2. Academic Registry Roadshows February and March

   The Student Governance Team will deliver the next roadshow on Friday 24 February, Redmonds Building 2.33 and Registry Services will deliver a session on Tuesday 7 March, SLB 3.02.

4. Immersive museum performances by LJMU drama students to uncover the 'Secret Life of a Wren'

   With the Battle of the Atlantic 80th anniversary just weeks away, our drama students are collaborating once again with the Western Approaches Museum. See their immersive performance at the museum on Monday 27 March 2023.

6. Honorary Fellowship: Ann Marr

   Liverpool John Moores University awards Honorary Fellowship to Ann Marr at Liverpool Cathedral on Friday 15 July 2016.

7. Students given unique insight into production of BBC Radio Merseyside’s longest running programme

   LJMU's MA Mass Communications students went behind the scenes at BBC Radio Merseyside for a studio tour, followed by an 'in conversation' event with Mike Brocken, presenter of Folkscene, Radio Merseyside's longest running programme.

8. Flood resilience expert leads research with vulnerable communities in Cumbria

   Britain is no stranger to wet weather, and with climate predictions forecasting more extreme weather events, experts at LJMU are working with vulnerable communities to help them prepare for future instances of flooding.

9. Liverpool leaders share learnings from Reciprocal Mentoring

   The project, which began 14 months ago, saw leaders from across LJMU’s ELT paired with Black and ethnic minority Liverpool city leaders to share their lived experiences and inform policy and decision making at the university and beyond.
